Gold Eagle Investments is pleased to welcome Doug McGregor to the firm. Doug began his real estate career in Houston, focusing on Tenant and Owner office building representation. He moved to Los Angeles in 1988 and continued his career handling leasing for a 1.5M SF portfolio on LA’s Westside. He continued representing Owner office buildings as well as notable tenant assignments for The Seeley Company (Colliers) inc. Sony Pictures Entertainment, New Times Inc.
Additional experience included assisting in the disposal of multiple land sites in Southern California for Asset Recovery Fund (Austin). Returning to Texas in 1999 he worked at Insignia and Kennedy Wilson as a Building Rep of notable office projects in Greenway Plaza and in the Westchase District in Houston. In 2006 he moved to the San Francisco Bay area working for private equity fund Embarcadero Capital Partners, investing in real estate and as Leasing Director. After working for REOC Austin he moved to Lake LBJ selling homes and commercial tenant representation, then moved back to Austin where he continues his investment sales efforts. Doug’s 40+ years of well -rounded experience serves his clients well.
