A native Austinite, he knows the city and has been successful in a number of lease transactions, representing owners and tenants. He has spent the last three years learning the market and providing clients with a seamless process of lease negotiations and occupancy.
His list of clients including Hsu Realty Company, Beurlington Ventures, Synermark Properties, Steve Harren and Austin Telco Federal Credit Union. When John is not helping clients, he can be found in Smithwick at his dad’s ranch and participating in Austin weekend festivities.
