Gold Eagle Investments is pleased to welcome Larry W. Hathorn to the firm. Larry has been a licensed real estate agent since 1977 and specializes in all facilities of commercial real estate. His experience also includes developing two apartment projects, a 50,000 sq. ft. atrium office building, five retail centers and Phase 8 of the Mission Bend subdivision. While living in southern California, Larry was responsible for development of The Rancho Mirage Market Place in Rancho Mirage, CA, a 500,000 sq. ft. Home Depot anchored retail center.
After his arrival in Austin in 1992, Larry was credited with reviving and rejuvenating the apartment industry in Austin, and has closed over 100 apartment site sales in the Austin market.
